Return & Refund Policy
The InkjetPrint Policy applies to all purchases made on this website. We recommend you read our Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
We recommend you to immediately examine goods delivered to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage, and is the same what you had ordered.
RETURNS
If any goods purchased from us are damaged, lost in transit, faulty, return it to us in the same condition and we will happily refund or replace at our sole discretion.
Our products come with a full 100% guarantee, so if a product you purchased from us is faulty, damaged or simply not fit for use in your printing device, we will refund it or exchange it within 30 days. All claims must be in its original packaging with the purchase invoice.
RETURNING GOODS
It is your responsibility to pack returned products satisfactorily to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. You have a legal obligation to take care of the goods while they are in your possession until they reach InkjetPrint
When returning your purchase, we ask you to provide a Proof of Purchase (Order Confirmation Email) and wherever possible the goods in original unopened packaging. Once received, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original mode of payment.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind or made a wrong selection. If you wish to exchange goods that you have purchased by mistake, we will happily exchange provided:
- Return the goods within 30 days of purchase.
- You provide proof of purchase.
- Goods are unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
InkjetPrint reserves the right not to offer an exchange if the above requirements are not met.
REFUNDS

You are entitled to a replacement/refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of the acceptable quality.
Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer or their service provider for it to be assessed within a stipulated period of time. If there is a major failure, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If it is a minor failure, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.
Where an item is damaged through misuse, InkjetPrint cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair, whether the fault is identified by InkjetPrint, the manufacturer or their service provider.
