Once you place an order with InkjetPrint, you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions set out below. By purchasing from us, you enter a legally binding contract between a customer (you) and InkjetPrint as your supplier of product and services.
These terms and conditions will be governed and defined in accordance with the laws of United States, with both parties’ subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of US. These terms and conditions cannot be changed unless agreed by InkjetPrint in writing or in the form of an email.
ORDERING
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the item from our website under our defined terms & conditions. At this point, there is no acceptance by InkjetPrint to supply any product. InkjetPrint reserves the right to refuse or terminate service, remove or edit contents, or cancel and refund an order at their sole discretion. If your order cannot be accepted or processed, you will be contacted by email/phone.
You must be at least 18 years to order products from www.inkjetprint.store. By agreeing to the terms and conditions and ordering from us, you are agreeing that you are 18 years old or above. You must also elect to have products sent to a US postal address as we do not ship overseas at this time.
CURRENCY, GST & PRICING
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of Services Taxes; however, all prices are not inclusive of shipping cost. Shipping cost can be seen separately and is calculated based on your location and product type. No refund will be justifiable if a product you have purchased becomes available at a cheaper price. InkjetPrint reserves the right to change the price on our advertised products without any prior notice.
Payment: InkjetPrint currently only accepts payment methods mentioned below:
- Paypal
- Use as direct transfer from your account to our account; or
- Use as a payment gateway and pay by Visa/Mastercard.
- Surcharge will be applied at check out. InkjetPrint reserves the right to change the rate without prior notice.
- Third Party Merchant via Authorize.net
Payment will only be processed when all required information is provided. Please make sure you have shared the correct information on all necessary fields. PayPal and credit card payments are processed instantly the moment you click on confirm order button. Once the payment has been verified and confirmed by PayPal or Authorize.net, we will send you a payment confirmation email along with the tax invoice attached.
Our business hours are between Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm, excluding NSW public holidays. Orders made during the weekend or public holiday will not be processed until the next business day.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
If you are a registered user, you can log in to your account to view the current status of your order. When the orders are dispatched, you will receive an email from us indicating the courier company we used, and the associated tracking number. That being said, if you did not receive the item within the estimated delivery period and the tracking number provided is not helping, please contact us. InkjetPrint will take reasonable care to dispatch your order within the estimated dispatch time.
The estimated shipping time frame is 1- 6 business days after dispatch, depending on the shipping address and is subject to the limitations of our third party delivery companies. If you have opted for postal insurance, we cannot guarantee you will be compensated for any loss or damage of the product in transit. The decision to compensate for a loss of damaged parcel will depend on the third party courier.
ORDER AMENDMENT OR CANCELLATION ASKED BY THE CUSTOMER
We cannot guarantee changes to your order can be made once it has been placed and paid. An order cannot be amended or cancelled without prior written approval from InkjetPrint Changing of shipping address, product or quantity after you have paid are examples of amendments that need prior approval from us. We reserve the right to approve or reject any requests for order amendment or cancellation based on your reasons. Please note that while your emails are important to us, they may not be read immediately after they are sent, so we will not be responsible for amending or cancelling on grounds that you emailed us shortly after paying for the order. If your order has already been shipped, you may return your order in accordance with our Return Policy. We may also charge additional shipping costs if we need to resend your parcel for reasons such as customer’s change of mind, an incorrect address, the parcel being unclaimed or a purchase made in error.

InkjetPrint and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss of income, profits, contracts, data, or any indirect loss in any event including negligence or breach of contracts. The maximum liability for any product we sell to you shall be equal to the price you have paid, and no higher value than that.
InkjetPrint does not accept liability for the following conditions:
- Any damage when using our purchased product.
- Errors in our listing.
- Unauthorised access to our secure server.
- Warranty policies regarding the quality, accuracy, or merchantability for purchase of any product maintained by non-affiliated website that are link to our website, including manufacturer’s website
- Any spyware, viruses or other harmful codes transmitted to the website by any third party.
